Jack G. Dial, Ph.D. is a licensed psychologist and a licensed specialist in school psychology. He is the author of The Comprehensive Vocational Evaluation System for the Visually Impaired/Blind (CVES) and the co-author of The McCarron-Dial System (MDS). He has authored or co-authored many articles related to the development of the MDS and the CVES, as well as those related to brain injury, visual impairment and developmental disabilities. He is an adjunct professor of psychology at: the University of North Texas; the Illinois Institute of Technology; and at West Virginia University at Morgantown. He provides training and consultation nationally and internationally.
